Our story
How we got our start? Founded in 1998 by Tamara Hill-Norton, Sweaty Betty has been shaking up the activewear market for over 20 years. Named after her determination to make it cool to sweat, Sweaty Betty continues to be a design-driven activewear brand on a mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. What makes our product unique? Designed by an all-female team, our clothes are made to make women feel powerful and amazing, taking them from studio to street in the best fits and fabrics. We create beautiful, technical pieces in unique prints and colors that flatter a woman’s body, especially the bum. Why we love what we do?
